3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. honey
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. sesame seeds
cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but chicken. Place chicken in 9x13 pan and pour mixture over it. Bake at 375º for 1 1/2 hours, turning throughout baking. It is easy to burn the edges so watch and turn often the last 1/2 hour. This can be easily turned into a main dish if you use chicken thighs.
