4 ripe mangos
4 to 8 kiwis
3 T. honey
4 T. fresh lime juice
salt to taste
1 bunch cilantro chopped
chopped bell peppers
chopped jalapeņos to taste

Directions:

Peel and chop/cube mangos and kiwis. Dissolve honey in lime juice. Mix together all your ingredients and toss with honey and lime juice. Salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.

This is a fun salsa, very beautiful! And very refreshing in the summer! It is also great in the winter and can be served over grilled chicken to give your chicken a a little color and zing! Play with the amounts about 1 bell pepper and 1 jalapeņo.
