Pork sausage
1/2 stick Margarine
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage in frying pan and cover with boiling water.
Bring to a slow simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove sausage from broth, save broth for gravy.
Melt margarine in frying pan, brown sausage on both sides, remove from pan.
For gravy: mix flour in hot fat in pan until it thickens, then add broth until desired consistency.
Serve with plain boiled potatoes, red cabbage or other vegetables.
