Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (18 x 11)
3 T. Dijon mustard
4 oz. prosciutto
1 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and allow it to cool slightly. Place it on a work surface (cool and dry is best) and roll gently to 18 x 11. Spread the mustard evenly over the top. Arrange the prosciutto evenly over the mustard to cover all of the pastry. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and press lightly into prosciutto.
Starting at the long end, roll the pastry, jelly roll fashion, to the middle of the pastry. Repeat with the other side so that the rolls meet in the middle. Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls crosswise in 1/2 inch slice. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400º for about 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
