1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 -8 oz. packages cream cheese (28 oz)
4 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 lb. chopped bacon (more is lovely!)
1 small chopped onion
1/2 pound crumbled blue cheese
2-3 drops Tabasco (again, more can be nice)
salt and pepper to taste

Line the bottom of a 9 to 10 inch springform pan with parchment paper, leaving tails sticking out- butter parchment and sides of the pan - coat with bread crumbs and Parmesan. Brown bacon and drain, reserving some drippings to saute onion. Combine cream cheese, eggs and cream with a mixer, add bacon, onion and remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 300º for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Turn oven off and let rest in oven for 1 hour longer. Cool 2 hours before serving. Serve with assorted crackers and grapes.
