1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground lean pork
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup of uncooked rice, washed thoroughly
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs
1 egg
Salt & Pepper
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. Shape into 1 inch balls. Pile into well oiled casserole. Pour over all one can of tomato soup thinned with a little water, cover and tuck into the oven at 375º for about an hour. When done the rice has puffed p and is sticking out of the balls. Makes about 30 meatballs.
