1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope dried vegetable soup mix
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach-thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, separated
Garlic Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients. Mix in about half of a cup of cheddar cheese. Top mixture with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave for 8 to 10 minutes on high until cheese is melted and dip is thoroughly heated. Serve hot with garlic bread.
