2 blocks Tofu
1/4 c sesame seeds
3T oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T honey
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. minced ginger
4 whole green onions
2 c. cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Press water out of Tofu. Cut into 1" chunks. In a skillet cook sesame seeds in oil until brown. Let cool. Stir in soy sauce, honey, chopped garlic, pepper and ginger. Add 2 chopped onions. Mix in Tofu chunks. Arrange Tofu in a single layer. Marinate 1 hour turning Tofu once. Place in 9" x 13" pan. Broil in single layer 6" from flame until golden brown. Turn and cook until done. Garnish with 2 chopped green onions. Serve over rice.
