1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 jar (10.5 ounces) hot jalapeno pepper jelly, preferably red

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberry sauce, cilantro and jelly in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until jelly melts. Cool. Spoon into sterilized jars. This keeps for several months in the refrigerator.

This was a fun sauce recipe given to my by someone at Methodist Hospital. It is easy to whip up and can be used throughout the holidays on turkey, over cream cheese, as a spread for crackers or as a jelly for toast.
