1 devils food cake mix
2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
4 T. white sugar
1-3.4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 cup cold milk
1-8 ox. container whipped topping
1 cup flaked coconut
1-2½ quart round oven-proof bowl

Preheat oven to 350◦. Prepare cake mix as directed on package in baking bowl, scrape sides of bowl. In small bowl beat cream cheese, egg and white sugar until well blended. Spoon into center of batter in bowl. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool in bowl 10 minutes. Loosen cake from bowl with knife; using potholders invert onto cake plate. Remove from bowl. Cool cake completely. Beat dry pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in whipped topping. Frost cake. Cover with coconut. Refrigerate until ready to use.
