Solid white tuna packed in water
Celery
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Cider vinegar
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tuna from can and place in bowl.
For large can tuna, start with one tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Add more mayo to taste and consistency desire.
Mix in one diced (small pieces) celery stalk.
Add 1 tsp or so of cider vinegar.
Add 1 tsp or so of sugar.
Add 1 tsp or so of ketchup.
Mix together well. Adjust seasonings to taste.

When we were kids, Grandma would make a dairy dinner in summer with tuna fish, egg salad, sour cream and fresh fruit. Yum.
