1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound mild bulk pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
2 15 1/2 oz can chili beans
2 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 red, yellow and orange bell peppers chopped
1 small stock of celery chopped (include the leaves on top)
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt
4 teaspoons chili powder

In large stock pot cook beef, sausage and onion till meats are brown.
Drain off excess fat
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until mixed up and it begins to boil
Cover and simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours on low heat stirring occasionally
