1 box yellow cake mix
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 lg. cool whip
coconut (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box in 10 x 14 pan.
Mix pudding,1 cup milk and cream cheese.
Add 1 cup milk and mix again.
Spread over cooled cake. Spread pineapple over pudding mix.
Spread on cool whip, then top with coconut.
Keep refrigerated.
Can substitute canned cherries or fresh strawberries for pineapple.
