2 stalks Romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 jar pimentos (drained) or 1/2 diced red bell pepper
6 ounces mozzarella cheese

4 green onions, chopped
1/2 bottle Casa Restaurant dressing (I buy at the restaurant for about $3)
croutons (to top salad with)

Directions:
Mix chopped romaine lettuce, pimentos, cheese, and onions in a bowl. Chill salad mixture and 15 minutes before serving mix 1/2 of the bottle of dressing with salad mixture and top with croutons. Serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is real easy to make, I sometimes buy an 8 ounce bag of Italian cheese mix and use that instead to make it even easier. And if you want to use more than 1/2 bottle dressing it depends on how you like your salad. You can double for bigger groups.
