1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup diced, peeled apple
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip to mixer. Turn to Speed 6 and whip 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to Speed 6 and whip 15 seconds, or until smooth.

Slowly heat greased griddle or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Drop batter by 2 tablespoonfuls onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges become dry. Turn and cook until golden brown on underside. Serve immediately. Makes 12 to 16 pancakes.
