¼ cup honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cup shredded chicken (about 2 chicken breasts)
2 cans (10 oz. each) green enchilada sauce
12 tortillas shells
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Slice green onion and chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first five ingredients together. Add chicken and toss to coat. Pour 1 can enchilada sauce into greased 11 x 7 dish. Place ¼ cup chicken mixture per tortilla. Roll up and place in prepared dish, seam side down. Top with remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese and heat in oven at 350ºF until warm (about 20 minutes).
