2 boxes spaghetti
2-3 chicken cutlets (skinned)
1 head of cabbage (shredded)
2-3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 bags shredded carrots
pepper & salt to taste
powdered ginger
ground pepper
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut or shred the chicken and saute with garlic and onion and a little salt. Cook until chicken is half cooked. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and then drain. In a big pot add spaghetti, cabbage, carrots, chicken mix and cook until vegetables are done. Add powdered ginger, soy sauce and ground pepper to taste. This recipe makes a large amount - can be cut down for a smaller batch.
