3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon vanilla.
2 cups grated zucchini
1. cup chopped almonds
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until smooth and a lemon color. Beat in sugar and salad oil. Melt chocolate and stir with zucchini and vanilla into egg mixture. Sift all dry ingredients and stir into zucchini'mixture. Add almonds. Bake in two well-greased 9x5-inch loaf pans or a single bundt pan at 375º for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 15 to 20 minutes, then turn out on rack. Cool thoroughly before using. Can be frosted with a whipped cream cheese and grated orange rind mixture.
