1 10 oz jar apple jelly
1 10 oz jar pineapple preserves
1 8 oz jar prepared horseradish (I use only about 2 tbs, not the whole jar, however, the original recipe calls for a whole jar)
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and adjust seasonings for your preference.
Place back in the empty jelly jars and refrigerate. it will keep in the refrigerator several weeks.
Serve over cream cheese with crackers.

This sauce is a sweet surprise to the palate. It is an unusual combination. Served over crackers with cream cheese, it makes a wonderful appetizer.
