1 14 inch flour tortilla
green chilies, chopped
green onion, chopped
cheddar cheese, grated
chorizo or ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
Put the tortilla on a pizza pan and place under broiler, turning frequently until crisp and lightly browned. Remove and sprinkle with green chilies, onion and meat. (This can be omitted or substituted) Top with cheese and return to the broiler until cheese is bubbly.
