4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cups nuts
dash of salt
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 flax seed
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 TBS water
3 TBS oil
3/4 cup honey (I like to do half honey and half agave)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup dried chopped fruit add after baking (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º
Combine all ingredients except dried fruit
Spread on greased baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. If adding fruit do so after baking. Store in airtight container. A mason jar works well. Makes 2 quarts.
