Ingredients:  
3 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 6oz can frozen orange juice
3 cans water
1 (46oz) large can Pineapple juice
3-4 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and water until sugar is dissloved
Puree Orange juice, 3 cans of water and bananas in blender,
Add to sugar water, then add pinepple juice
pour in gallon container
Freeze for 2 days
Remove from freezer and let soften. Pour in punch bowl and add 2 2 litre bottles of 7-up.
