1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange pecan halves in bottom of crust. With beaters or whisk mix together remaining ingredient's. Pour mixture over pecans.

Bake 350º 50 minutes

Put a knife in the middle of the pie, if it comes out clean, the pie is done

This is our traditional pie for Thanks Giving, Christmas and Birthdays. Its easy, quick and goes fast. I suggest making 2 so you have left overs for the next day.
