3 3/4 Cups Sifted Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 TBS Butter
8 Slices Bread Cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Bread into cubes. Brown in 1 T Butter. Add Remaining Ingredients mix well. Let stand 1/2 hour. Roll into golf ball size balls.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop dumplings into boiling water. When the dumpling's are done, they will float to the top. Serve warm.

Left overs - slice dumpling's, fry in butter. Serve for breakfasts.

This is Grandma Maries secret dumpling recipe. She would serve these on Sundays with Pork Roast and even with Rabbit Stew. We called these Sinkers because they were so filling.
