1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup low fat mayo
1/2 t. honey
salt & pepper
1 cup chopped apple (toss with 2 t. fresh lemon juice)
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 T. chopped scallions
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast (about 12 oz) cooked and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and set aside.
Stir in the "salad dressing" above with the ingredients listed.
Take 1 small cantaloupe and cut into 4 wedges. Spoon equal amounts of the chicken mixture over the top of the wedge of cantaloupe. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts over each wedge of salad.
