1 container fresh grated parmesean cheese

Heat dry non-stick skillet over high heat. Pile parmesen cheese into 2" disks. Fry until top looks greasy, then flip and cook until browned and golden, about 1-2 minutes (will be soft at this point). Remove from pan and place on paper towels until crisp.
