¾ C warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp yeast
Combine above in a small bowl

7 C flour
2 sticks margarine
2/3 C sugar
2 tsp salt
Combine these ingredients with a pastry blender, or using wire whips in your mixer.

6 medium eggs
2 C evaporated milk (or can use 1 can of milk, plus enough regular milk to make 2 cups)
Beat these together in a bowl.

Add yeast mixture to flour mixture until combined. Then add the egg mixture and stir until combined. Add 2-3 cups of additional flour while mixing until dough pulls away from the edge of the bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes.

Turn out onto counter top and divide into 5 equal parts. Roll each section into a 12 inch circle and using a pizza wheel, cut into 12 sections. Roll each section up starting at the wide end. Place on cookie sheet close together, but not touching. Freeze 1 hour and then remove from cookie sheet and store in freezer bags.

When ready to use, place rolls on greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart and let raise for 4 hours. Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes.
