1 pkg. onion soup powder
10 - 12 baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
12 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1 small onion thinly sliced and diced
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
salt and pepper
3 tbs. butter
sour cream for serving

Directions:
Directions:
You need 2 or 3 large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil; spray each sheet of foil with cooking spray.

Mix potatoes, bacon, and onion soup powder.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put equal portions of potato mixture on prepared foil.
Add 1 tbs. butter to each serving and wrap securely.

These may be either grilled or baked.
Grilled: for 20 - 30 minutes
Baked: In a 350º oven for 35 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
