1 devils food cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup creme de menthe baking chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

In large mixing bowl pour in the cake mix. With an electric mixer on low speed, break up any lumps in the mix.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs at high speed. Add the oil and vanilla and mix together.

Combine the egg mixture and cake mix. Mix with a wooden spoon. Stir in mint chips.

Drop by scoopful onto baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing. Place on cooling rack .
