Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 cup raw wild rice (I use Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice original)
4 cans of chicken broth
1 lb. bacon cut into 1/4 inch pieces
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 can of creamy chicken soup
1 quart of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in bowl of water in microwave until done. Cut into small pieces. Use one cup of wild rice with a little of the seasoning packet and cook according to directions, then add 1 cup of chicken broth and cook 12-15 minutes more. Fry bacon until done (not crisp). Freeze for easier cutting. Then use bacon grease to cook onion, celery and green pepper until tender. Place all ingredients (except whipping cream) together in a crock pot for 1-1 1 1/2hours. Before serving, add 1 quart of whipping cream and heat a little more.
