1 head of lettuce
2 or 3 stalks chopped celery
3/4 onion chopped
1 pkg frozen peas (cook with 2 Tbsp of sugar)
1 pint Mayonnaise
1 pkg cheddar cheese, grated
Bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Cook one package of peas with 2 Tbsp of sugar. Cool. Layer in a bowl in the following manner: Chopped head of lettuce in bottom of bowl, followed by chopped celery, chopped onion, peas, mayo spread over peas, cheddar cheese and topped with bacon bits. Marinate overnight.
