1 LB raw extra lean ground beef
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Traditional Sage)
1 C water
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¾ C shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
12 Tbsp Spaghetti Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, stuffing mix, seasoning and water until well blended
2. divide mixture into a 12-slot greased or lined muffin pan.
3. Make an indention in the top of each muffin and add 1 Tbsp spaghetti sauce
4. Bake at 350 deg for about 30 min
5. Remove from oven and evenly distribute cheese among all 12 muffins.
6. Return to oven until cheese is melted (about 5 min)
