1 twelve oz. jar VITA herring in wine sauce
1/4 cup wine sauce
1 cup sour cream
2 TBS sugar
1 sweet onion sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Put sour cream, wine sauce and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Add herring fillets (not wine sauce) to bowl.
Add sliced onion and mix together.


Taste and adjust sugar and wine sauce to your taste.
