3 c sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c water
dash salt

1 can carnation milk
1 pt. half and half
vanilla to taste - 1 Tbsp.
Finish with milk

Directions:
Mix 1st 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add other ingredients, mixing well. Put in freezer and fill rest of way with milk.
