Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 round brie, remove rind on top but not edges
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1 sheet puff pastry
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Let your puff pastry sit out on the counter to thaw a little bit until you can open up the sheet and press seams together a little bit so theres no holes in it. Preheat at 500º- or whatever temp your puff pastry says it cooks at. Combine all dry ingredients together. Spray 8x8 baking dish. Put your brie in the center of the sheet, top with all dry ingredients and then pull all 4 corners up around the sides and top of the brie twisting it at the top to keep it shut. Take the egg and beat with a little bit of water (just a tablespoon or so) and brush on top of the pastry. It will give it a shine but you aren't trying to leave actual egg on it. Just brush little bit.
Cook according to how long puff pastry says to cook on the box. Long enough for the brie to melt inside.

Personal Notes:
Every Thanksgiving we have a brunch at my house after the Shimers, Edwards, Carr's all take a walk. I have had this Brie the last couple years along with several casseroles and pastries. You can do alot with it. You can add just dry cranberries or all sorts of different things to change the flavor. Servie with Crackers.
