3 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green pepper
1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
2 cans whole tomatoes (or stewed)
1 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1 can whole corn, drained
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 small can black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain meat. Sauté veggies in meat.
Add enchilada sauce and tomatoes. Simmer.
Cook noodles in boiling salt water for 3 min. Drain & stir in meat mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Put in greased casserole dishes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Can be frozen and baked later.º
