4 slices bread - toasted
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk (small can)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in cubes and place in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins. Mix eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, milk and water. Pour over raisins, let set for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
