2 heads Romaine, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 cup Romano cheese
2/3 cup grapeseed oil
1 TBSP Laurent Du Clos Walnut Mustard
1/3 cup Cuisine Perel Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup Parmesan, finely grated
2 large avocados

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of a large bowl, mix green onions, avocado and garlic. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and cheeses. Mix well and add to the bowl. Place lettuce on top but do not toss. Chill covered for up to 8 hours. Toss just before serving and enjoy.
