1 C milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 C hot water
1 C sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp oil (lard, canola or vegetable oils)
7 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in one bowl the milk, ice cream and hot water. then add sugar, dry yeast, salt, and stir. Add this mixture to the flour, stir and knead to a ball. Rub the dough with some oil and let rise for about 2 hours. Knead and form small tennis ball size rolls. Place them into a cupcake type pan or flat pan and let rise again for 30 min - 1 hr. Bake at 350º until top of rolls become a golden brown color. For a different twist, add cooked meat like BBQ roast port to the center of the dough and seal before baking.
