5 C chicken broth
1/2 C cooked rice
1 egg - beaten
1/2 C peas
1/2 C cooked chicken - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large deep pan, heat up chicken broth. Add rice, peas and shredded chicken. Pour in the beaten egg and continue to stir so that the egg will swirl into the broth. Season with salt to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions - optional.

When the rice sits in the broth for a longer period of time, it will expand and become softer.

Serves 4-5
