5 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups water
4 ½ cups sugar
1 box Surijell fruit pectin
½ tsp margarine

Let 6-8 jelly jars and lids stand in very hot water
Bring cranberries and water to boil in 6 qt pot. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in walnuts. Measure sugar into medium bowl. Stir in fruit pectin into fruit, add margarine. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Quickly stir in sugar and return to a boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat. Fill jars, cover with 2 piece lids. Invert jars for 5 minutes, then turn jars upright. Cool and check seals.
