Directions:
Chop all ingredients (except eggs) and mix in saucepan or skillet. Add small amount of grease and add water. If lite sauce, use 1/2 c tomato juice with water. If thick sauce, 1 c tomato juice with water. Use as sauce over fried eggs or other.
