Preheat oven to to 350ºF. Cut kale leaves off of thick main stalks. Cut or tear kale into bite sized pieces. Wash kale very well and dry it completely with a salad spinner or paper towels. Put kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. You can line pan with parchment paper if you have on hand. Lightly drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven until edges are slightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
