1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and mix until smooth. With a spoon, mix in vanilla and potato chips. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until light brown, about 15 minutes. Cool. Sift confectioners' sugar over cookies.
