10-12 large fresh mushrooms
1 c bacon bits
1-2 cloves garlic
1 8 oz cream cheese
1-2 green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the stems of large mushrooms. Chop the mushroom stems into fine pieces. Keep the rest of the mushroom whole. Turn caps upside down on a cookie sheet. Fry bacon bits, chopped mushroom stems, and garlic. Mix with cream cheese and green onion. Scoop mixture generously into the mushroom caps so the mixture is heaping.

Bake in a preheated 350º for 15 minutes, check blood pressure and cholesterol regularly! Serve warm.
