1 onion
2 or 3 garlic cloves
2 whole lemons juiced
2 ounces of margarine
1 bottle of ketchup
1 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes.

While visiting Uncle Sam in New Zealand in April of 1999, I obtained his BBQ recipe. Aunt Beulah says that Sam asked that the recipe never be shared. We can't think of a better way to honor Uncle Sam than to pass it down through the family.
