1 onion, minced
1 c. celery, chopped thinly
4 tbsp. butter, split
1/2 lb. egg noodles, prepared according to package directions
1 can cream of celery
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. can tuna
10-15 Ritz crackers crushed
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in 2 tbsp. butter until soft, not browned. Combine prepared noodles, onion, celery with cream of celery, mayo , sour cream, salt, pepper and tuna. Smooth into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add layer of mozzarella cheese and then layer of crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with 2 tbsp. melted butter. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 375º.
