4 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add corn, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and sausage. Put in greased 2-3 qt. casserole dish. Add cracker crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
