Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown meat in a 3-qt. saucepan; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. (You may substitute soy crumbles or just go meatless.) In a bowl, mix all cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to use as filling. Pour 1 cup sauce evenly over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce in the dish. Top with 1-1/2 cups sauce. Spread with half of the cheese filling. Repeat with a layer of lasagna noodles, 1-1/2 cups sauce and the remaining cheese filling. Top with the remaining lasagna noodles and remaining sauce. This recipe will accommodate 4 layers of noodles. Just divide up the other ingredients accordingly. Cover dish with greased foil. Bake 55-60 minutes. Remove foil cover. Bake 10 more minutes. Yields: 8-12 Servings

Personal Notes:
This recipe uses enough sauce to cook the pasta without pre-boiling. It is very flavorful and never watery.
