1-2 c. chicken - cooked with 1 tsp. salt (save broth for pie)
1/3 c. butter
1 c. onion - chopped
1 c. celery - chopped
1 c. carrots - chopped
1-2 c. potatoes - chopped
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. flour
1 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. pepper
Pie Crust, frozen or homemade

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add next 4 ingredients to butter. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add flour until smooth. Gradually add broth and half & half. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased dish and cover with pie crust. Slit crust to vent. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Yields: 8 Servings.
